Guide+: OK (Italy)
Maurizio
Guide+: OK (Italy) - do you needed to activate it via Service Menu or is it already enabled and you changed just the country by setup?
Re: Please Post Your Supported Models!
i had to enable it in service menu...erdem_ua wrote:Does it already enabled on your model or do you needed to activate it first from Service/Hotel menu?huffyk wrote:UE55C6500UW
FW T-VALDEUC-3005.1
Guide+: officially not supported in Slovakia however when selecting Spain it works also here. Problem is that currently supported Guide+ countries doesn't have eastern country codepages (e.g. for me no support for Latin2 or Win1250) so text is corrupted... i would invite to enable Guide+ for each country with its own codepage

CPU implementer : 0x41
CPU architecture: 7
CPU variant : 0x2
CPU part : 0xc08
CPU revision : 2
Hardware : Samsung SDP92 Evaluation board
Revision : 0000
Serial : 0000000000000000
Hacked using Internet@TV
PVR comes as standard on the 7000 so haven't needed to enable this.
I actually rooted the TV when the instructions first came out but it is only with the latest SamyGO extensions that I was able to insmod the cifs module successfully. So now, I'm not bothering to load up all the SamyGO extensions in start.sh, I just insmod cifs.ko and then mount my Samba share. Very happy to get this funcitonality back having had it on my B8000!
Interestingly, the run.sh file on the USB seems to be run automatically when I switch on the TV. I was expecting to have to remove and reinsert the USB each time I swtiched on the TV before it would work unless I misunderstood the main thread.

Re: Please Post Your Supported Models!
gods2, antlane, why do you printing those? I am just try to complete compatibility table.
You are don't even write "Firmware Version" as it writing in your fw upgrade or service menu. (I don't want cat .version, it's useless, just return the "firmware version" as it samsung firmware download pages like 3005.1 )
Also what about Guide+ option? Do you tried that setting from Service menu? Does it works? Or your set has already that feature? Thanks.
