Hi,
I hope someone can help me resolve or at least find out why it is misbehaving.
It is a hospitality TV that keeps on restarting. It boots, displays the smart TV splash image, stays blank and then goes off after a few minutes. The LED flashes when I press buttons on the remote but nothing happens. This started soon after a firmware upgrade.
I have tried resetting EEPROM, it brings up the window prompting to enter service mode(the window is displayed upside down) but when I press OK, it does not go to service mode, it brings up another window about no signal, check the antennae.
When I press mute-2-5-8-enter, it stops rebooting but it does nothing more. No response to remote presses and the display remains blank.
When I plug in a USB, the TV generates detailed logs- see attached.
The Main board has reset flag pad - see attached image.
Please help.

First, i don't think its a C-Series TV, do you know the purchase/produce date?
Do you know what firmware version it uses?
dtvlog lokks like a later model than C-Series, also smartTV is used since D-Series

If you can't fix it using dvct tape, you are not using enough dvct tape.

Hi, thanks for responding.
It is a 2014 model, using firmware;T-MST14DEUCB. See attached image of the board with more details circled in red.

So its rather a early H-Series or late F-Series, maybe someone who has experience with these Series can get something more from your bootlog
