I dream that LE46C750 to be works as standard user expect with DLNA streaming with from NAS. (v. T-VALDEUC 3009.2 )
What problem is ?
I can watch any movies from network storage sent via DLNA technology to TV (which on all docs is DLNA cert), but can not use PAUSE, FORWARD or REWIND from remote control. It's amazing fake made by Samsung. The same movie works great from USB pendrive insterted directly to TV usb port.
It works from streaming from Win 7 as well, but doesn't from DLNA NAS.
Of course, DLNA NAS works fine with other brand tv.

I'm looking for hack tv only to fix the problem. (if exist any solutions)
That really needs to much ?

Any comments are welcome,

it is nothing about samsung.
the DLNA app in your NAS sucks because it doesnt support Samsung. that's it
Use minidlna if you can in your NAS. it works great with samsung TV. with all possible subtitles, fast, rewind, pause, sound streams and so on.

this is a part of mediatombs config that has to be added for dlna tvs

Code: Select all

<custom-http-headers>
  <!-- Samsung needs it -->
  <add header="transferMode.dlna.org: Streaming"/>
  <add header="contentFeatures.dlna.org: DLNA.ORG_OP=01;DLNA.ORG_CI=0;DLNA.ORG_FLAGS=01500000000000000000000000000000"/>
</custom-http-headers>
for samsung tvs you can choose between DLNA.ORG_OP= 00 or 01
with one you can rwd and fwd, with the other you have support for transcoding

in german ubuntu wiki article for mediatomb is stated
Workaround f?r Samsung Smart TV 2012

Bei TVs der Marke Samsung wird der RFC2396 verletzt, was dazu f?hrt, dass mit allshare nicht auf den Mediatomb-Server zugegriffen werden kann.
Samsung tvs violate RFC2396 with their dlna

in conclusion you would need a specialized dlna/upnp server from samsung aka. samsung share manager, sadly its only available for micro soft os
