After several tests, I´ve found the problem.
PSU problems.
I bought a used PSU, and the TV works. At the beginning the image was very bad, full of vertical lines. I removed the flat cable more that once, unscrew some screws, and the image is good now. (I only tested with the menu because I have not anything to test).
My doubt is:
I did several shunts to do a firmware reset, mas I cant see any king of difference.
So, is possible to do a factory reset using the menu? I searched with no success.
After this step, I have another "problem", the Board was from a 40C630 TV and this TV is a LE46C650, even the board is compatible, and it´s working, Is possible to change the firmware to the LE46C650? I haven´t tested, but if I putt the firmware from the LE46C650 is a USB pen, is possible to upload it to the TV?

C630 has no internet tv, but c650 does. You can not just simply change firmware because of hw issues, particulary of smaler nand size etc.

What do you expect from c650 firmware ? Only difference i could see is lack of internet tv (which is not supported anymore and functionalithy is very and very limited) on c630.

To be honest, internet TV is something I never used, I have a android box to to the job.
The boards (original BN94-02625V and the board I bought BN94-03454) are both used in this TV, however if the difference is only the internet... I don´t need it.
Regarding to the firmware, I notice that the firmware on the board is very old, if I try to install the C650 one it will not install? I just want to use the latest firmware available.

First, the general rule of upgrading firmware: if everything works well, better do not upgrade. Here is always exist chance for brick during firmware upgrade. Small, but exists.
Second, IIRC C630 uses T-VAL6DEUC while C650 runs on T-VALDEUC. So TV won`t accept it.

Possible, here is T-VALDEUC on board too (like on some Italien market TV`s), but check firmware number and version first.

My bad,
After check it, I saw the board I bought is from a 650 series too. "LE40C652".
The chip were is the firmware says 650 "VAL.650 10132 0531".
This changes the scenario right?

Yes, if you need upgrade, do it. But i wouldnt recomend as far everything works.
