I guess you set RS232 mode to Debug.

Yes it's set to Debug and watchdog is off.

I am dealing with some exlink connection problems, too.

PL2303 module is connected to vga cable (tried both pin connections on previous page), putty setted up, rs232 is in debug mode, watchdog is off and I have still blank putty screen after conection and TV turning on.

Tried to connect rx and tx on, there are character in putty, so module is ok.

Also tried to swap tx and rx, no connection luck. Tried to setup slower conection, no luck.

Maybe wrong vga cable? Or broken vga in TV? (I have disconnected it in my work from pc, it must be ok)
Thanks for any hints.

I tried same things like you did and couldn't connect to TV as well. So my guess our VGA cables and VGA connections in TV are OK. There must be some step missing that isn't described in this forum. Or those adapters aren't suitable for this task.

I have switched these two steps from wiki guide.

Power on TV.
Open terminal and connect TV over ExLink.

Could be this the problem?

No, this isn`t problem. But you can switch it back and first connect cable, second open terminal connection, third power on TV.

Tried already, no luck with connection. :(

juuso, if I will downgrade to fw3005, internet@tv hack will work? Not important to have fw3009 for me, I need to mount samba share.
