chat app?

We have a pub with a samsung tv.
I want to have the following: people can chat with their android phone in a chat app. Everybody can see what others write (group chat).
And also the chat should be visible in the TV.
I was thinking about sth. like this:

The ideal thing would be a chat server app on the TV and a client app for the guests smart phones.
Any ideas?
