I bet these apps only run with the new not-yet-hacked firmwares ...

... and you will have to pay for stuff that's being developed in this forum, but won't run with the signature-checking built into the newest FW.

According to the original Which report linked from that page, the PVR files will be encrypted to prevent playback on another TV. More signing?
