Patch Downgrade Firmware from original old Upgrade?

I also would like to patch an HT-F5500W, is there anything to do with F Series? or my destiny is to keep using my D series patched BRplayer for ever?

1014 does additional checks to the updateserver, so it recognizes samygo servers as false servers and does not accept the upgrades avaiable on them.

Is it just source ip-addresses or is there some "authentication/signature" etc that is required to fool the device?
