UA40B6000 patching?

Hi I have a UA40B6000 (Australia) which I would like to install the samygo firmware on. I will purchase a compatible wifi USB dongle and connect a serial cable.

Version is T-CHL5DAUC 2001.1 (available on samsung.com.au)

URL lists version 2002.0 but its really 2001.1. please see ->

I cannot find my firmware in the supported firmware list...
Can someone please give me some ideas on how to start..?

You can install network enabled kernel and get network over wifi.
Look at the wiki.
