I have got an old firmware on my 400B7000.
I would like to ugrade it with:

T-CHU7DEUC - 3000.G
SWU_T-CHU7DEUC_003000_I02_ES000DS000_091111

SWU_T-CHUCIPDEUC_003000_I02_ES000DS000_091112

your TV is CI model. And your firmware is T-CHU7DEUC. You can not install CI+ firmware (e.g.T-CHUCIPDEUC) to your TV (=brick).

TV has got this firmwareT-CHU7DEUC-1002.1 and it's impossible to upgrade to this one:

why do you ever need to upgrade? If everything works, do not upgrade.
