This forum is NOT FOR USER questions or problems but DEVELOPER.SAMSUNG SMART TV help? so we have a Samsung 3D Smart TV with the smart hub and all, however when we go on to 4od on the web browser, we cant watch videos as it says we need an upgrade, so when we go to upgrade the java or flash or whatever, it says downloads not supported. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Yeah call Adobe and ask them. "Please start supporting arm platform again". They will say: "No way". Another option would be to write your own flash plugin 
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
