Thanks! I was wondering about D6XXX BogoMIPS (~1200). It seems this is in fact mere Cortex-A9@600Mhz, perhaps with some L2 cache thrown in..

Yet another Samsung D6400/D6500/D6900 training manual: http://elektrotanya.com/samsung_ud6400_ ... nload.html

This one contains some nice details (including Genoa-S block diagram).
But don't trust it too much: many errors, some chapters copied verbatim from B-Series service manuals etc.

Bluetooth module FRAME_SYNC_IN/OUT (3D Sync In/3D Sync Out) signals seems to be connected to Genoa-S UART port. Interesting :).

Could we have a shell access with it? :D

Some pics of PDP 8000 main board - http://s64.photobucket.com/albums/h173/ ... Pixelpipe/

There is an unused 8-pin connector at the top of the board, I wonder what it is for? The only equivalent test points I could find for a j-tag adapter like erdem_ua posted is labeled M_NRESET, M_E_GND, M_E_WP, M_E_SCL, M_E_SDA, also one chip (label 05537C) has created a lot of heat discoloration on the front and backside of the board, looks like a bad design and should have a heatsink.

Not needed.
- 2D -> 3D conversion: basically useless feature, IMO.
I even dont like to watch 3D. IMO not healthy thing. Become headaches after 15min of watching...

Thanks guys for info. I`ll take the D6000 board and install gasdeuc firmware :D :shock:
In D7000 and D8000 the "built-in" wifi is just a small pcb connected using USB to the mainboard.
The pcb is hidden in the screen frame :)

Hmm interesting.. this D8000 service manual seems outdated or plain wrong.

As far as I know the serial port is on pins 4.7 and 11 of the VGA port. In the service manual it talks about a stereo jack but the only jacks present on the mainboard don't seem to have serial connections...
Any clues?

Yes, I noticed they just copy-pasted this info from B series.
