UE37D6540 CI Error after Root

Hello everybody,

I've tried about SmartHub -> Develop account -> DNS -> SamyGo app to root my device, unfortunately I had the firmware 1028 installed.
The TV works, the root is not working and the CI module is no longer recognized.
Factory reset and reinstall the firmware 1028 has been unfortunately unsuccessful.
A firmware downgrade is not possible because no connection to the DNS server can be established.

Please help. Thank you
