A other question !!!!!!

hi all =)

it's posibel a production version (for France or series) or a restriction of FW, prevents a conection to update or downgrade?
For some as Eduardo, is the same TV as me. The downgrade is good for him. but for me the TV responds "No new firmeware"

I do not understand why it does not function!
someone could give me some idea to follow? Because I do not know what to do.

Best regard

A tip more people can use is this one. Sometimes your "firmware update"option is greyed out in the TV menu. You may however switch to another external appliance (in my case: a PC) connected to the screen. Next you look again in your menu and voilà: you can update your firmware (no longer greyed out).

Hope this helps.

The firmware upgrade option in menu is greyed out during secure boot. After tv is booted up completely (means - secure boot complete), the option become available.

Hi,

I successfully managed to downgrade to T-GAPDEUC 1015 on my UE40D7000 and SamyGo works just fine. Unfortunately my TV does not authenticate the CI+module anymore so I am not able to see certain channels. What can I do?? Do I need to do the downgrade process again?
I was previously running T-GAPDEUC 1023 and back then SamyGo did not work but the CI+module was authenticated each time I turned on the TV.

Thanks in advance!

I tried to upgrade to a newer fw via USB but the TV does not recognize the .exe file I have dowloaded. What else can I try?

Thanks again for your help!

Not exe, but extracted to usb pen firmware. Follow user manual. Exe is just self extracting archive.
