[SOLVED] TV D-Series Firmware Downgrade ? Big Problem

Post by JMMS »

TV D-Series Firmware Downgrade ? Big Problem

Good evening,

I did downgrade from 1016.1 to 1011.5 and everything went well.

The problem was when the tv turned on and the picture was black and white.

I went into the service menu and saw that type of tv was saying "Error".

I'm screwed and do not know what to do.

The model was correct and I had UE32D6000 UE32D6100 changed to to make recordings. Was it that?

Help me please, I'm desperate, I do not know what to do.

The Samygo called spent some yellow letters and hung back to try and appeared to me only this:

Is it normal?

Help me please.

Kind regards,
Jorge

I don`t know nothing about your black-white problem, i guess you don`t know at all what are you doing on your TV...

If you spend more time on google translator, you would know, these
The Samygo called spent some yellow letters
are ok and normal behavior of SamyGO on D series. You don`t need to get anything else than Demo version of Content Library with one app there.

I made the correct steps.
I changed the DNS
I changed the OTN from OFF to ON
And I did update the tv
He spoke in a firmware 1090. And the process went well.
When the TV restarted, the picture is black and white.
And not the way to change: (

I went into the service menu,

I noticed that disappeared the type of tv

Is there any way to put everything right?

Help me please!

Neither sleep at night thinking about this crap I did.

If I do a firmware udpate to version 1014.
Will it solve this problem?

I look forward to your valued comments.

Help me.

Sure you can try upgrade to T-GAS6DEUC 1014. If same error occurs, you have to enable unlocked greyed out service menu (FACTORY+3SPEED) and change proper type for your TV.

Thank you and sorry to be bothering you.

When I get home, I'll upgrade the firmware via USB to 1014.

Let's see if it works.

Hopefully yes.

I forgot to mention that after the downgrade, as the tv had the image in black and white. I did a factory reset.

But this has not hurt, right?
