WLAN issue - lose connection after power off

my problem is that my wireless connection is losing after power off (not standby).
after standby the wireless/internet is there. but, when i switch off my power strip then my tv (d5700) doesnt connect automatically after turn on.
afterwards, i need to connect again manually. further a message box appears for re-use the previous connection.

is this a normal behaviour, lose wireless connection at power off ?
