I'm not overly sure about "50Mhz" part. I know very, very little about analog electronics. There are many conflicting sources about that subject..
150 mega-samples-per-second is probably not that much by today's standards; most sources agree: for picturing waveform in reasonable accuracy, sample ratio should be at least 5x (10x for a really reasonably accurate representation - jugging from opinions of the somehow more reputable digital scope manufacturers). So, with reality checks applied: 15MHz/30MHz 3-channel scope.

We have 2MB (2025KB, 1920x1080) "sample buffers" for each channel, thought; I guess theoretically we should be able to capture 5-6 "buffers" per second. In that mode, data will need to be captured directly from DRAM .. but there is a good chance it will be 10-bit resolution data ;).

Also, for capturing AC signal, we will (?) need some kind of analog-front-and to the Samsung analog-front-end (for applying 0.35V pre-bias, or something like that - ?).
I vaguely remember it might be possible with an opamp (or two ?).

I would really appreciate some feedback on that subject, preferably from someone with an actual clue about analog electronics ;) (because I'm pretty much clueless myself :? :? :? ) .
