Very unlikely.

Anyway, practical benefits from having 100Hz panel are quite limited, IMO..
In any case, your TV will not accept 100/120Hz input signals (that would be great feature - unfortunately, it's not working that way in B650/B750 TVs).

BTW, I just noticed that your panel is in fact "T370HW03 V0" (not "T370HW02 VC" which is listed in B550 service manuals). Can't find detailed specs for this particular version, I guess it's somehow revised AUO 50Hz/60Hz product.
