Activate pvr and mhp function on LT28E310EW

Hi,
I’m new on this forum, but I know how use service menù in a Samsung tv and I’m able with technology, but I don’t want make a mistake, so I decide to ask your help.
I’m in Italy, if this info can help to find the right solution.
I have this tv monitor: LT28E310 EW, and I would activate pvr function and if it is possible the mhp service (in Italy, on some decoders works without internet, because use the broadcast instead of broadband). Pvr function is helpful to record free channels on hard disk.
Could someone help me to solve this question, please?
