Since your device is CI+, patcher cannot help you.
AVR fix patch didn't make you play your movies on your TV.
You needed to wait us to solve this encryption problem.
And last thing, why do you use all capital letters at title?

It's possible to make avrfix like application for your TV too for make run from TV that unlocks Movie Play feature at you TV too. But AFAIK there is no tool to do that now. M?ght be Mprotect could do one.

I think not. I am learning low level ELF file formats now. Might be I can prepare B550 CI+ VideoAR patch with WiseLink Hack by myself in 2010

I don't know that patch is possible. B530 could run external applications? If not, than that application not work on your TV's.
I know some of knowledge from "the dark world of PC", even in HW level, but that is nothing different than your situation.
Difference between %0 knowledge and %50 knowledge is same if your required information at that other %50 which I didn't know yet
