UE46B7020WWXXU Really Wierd HDMI Issue

Hello All,
New user here begging for help!
My UE46B7020WWXXU has developed an issue 3 weeks after the 5 year warrantee ran out, typical!

I turned on my WDTVLive, connected to HDMI4 and saw nothing - No Signal message.
All the other HDMIs were ok.
I went into service menu and did a factory reset.
Since then the HDMIs have all been weird.
If I have live feeds (PS3, Xbox, Youview, WD) on sending signals, the input connected to HDMI3 is shown on all 4 HDMIs.
The other 3 HDMIs are overwritten with the signal present at HDMI3.
Oddly, if I turn the TV on, select HDMI2, I see nothing, then select HDMI3, I see the PS3, and then back to HDMI2, I now see the PS3 where there was nothing before.
Basically...
AIR - OK, no problem
DLNA - no problem
HDMI1 - nothing
HDMI2 - nothing
HDMI4 - nothing
HDMI3 - playstation
HDMI4 - playstation
HDMI2 - playstation
HDMI1 - playstation

I've done the update to the latest firmware, fiddled with Control settings, but still the same.

What's going on?

I've resorted to connecting all my sources to my amp, using it as a switch box and feeding the signal out of the amp to HDMI3.

Its been a fantastic TV and I really don't want to replace it.

Any help is massively appreciated.
If somebody could take pics of all their service menu settings that would be really nice.
