Even if I do not have such an list I can recommend that you should do it for your own.
I tried years ago the same but I ende up in doing for myself!
Use ChanSort (http://sourceforge.net/projects/chansort/) for this. A bit tricky at the beginning but then very logical and efficient. Spend 1 hour and you are done - Even if you are not familar with ChanSort.
And the most important - The channels are 100% as you need them!

Can I upload (although I dunno where to find it) a list containing all FTA channels broadcasted on HB13E? For e.g., is there a way to downlaod a list from kingofsat or similar site and then upload/editing it with the program you suggested?
I am asking this beacause I would like to start from a list containing all possible channels, as I believe not all the transponders are included by default in the samsung tv list.
