RMCTPE1 and ue46es6530

Hi guys,

Is it possible to connect the RMCTPE1 smart remote with the UE46ES6530 TV? When I try to do so, I got a small picture on the remote and some sort of a speaker bar on the bottom left part of the screen. Then the Bluetooth icon comes up but the pairing fails. I can see both the TV and the smart remote as bluetooth devices with my smartphone. Usually this remote is used with the 7xxx and 8xxx series due to voice control and who knows what else. But there are common functions that I think can be used.
