Enjoy a new file manager for your TV, fully controlled by your remote control.
SamyCommander 1.0
It is based on well-known Total Commander for Windows. This is a standard Content Library application, which can be run from a pendrive or installed in TV's internal memory.
With this tool, you can browse, delete, copy and move files/directories. It works in "read-only mode" by default, but you can unlock it in sc.ini configuration file.
IMPORTANT! Please read README.TXT file before running this application.

I have a little request (if possible). I am afraid of write mode because, honestly, I don't trust my kids

Could be possible to PIN protect the app so it asks for a PIN when you open it? The PIN could be (pre) set in sc.ini, for example.

I think it is possible. But I have an idea to create a separate loader module which you could attach for any "Game" launched from Content Library. For that project it would be very nice to know how to call built-in functions for getting parental control PIN code. Maybe someone knows that?
