Found the issue.
FileZilla did not copied the files without extensions right (some dev already said this in the thread).
Other FTP tool solved the issue and everything is working fine now.

It is recommended to move full tar.gz archive to tv and extract it there from command line. You lose some file permissions, symlinks or so if you extract it to your hdd first and copy files trough ftp. Wrong way laboring more problems than benefits.

Now i try to edit my playlist (from my iptv provider) for to play direct in tv.
my playlist it is like this :tv_channels_XXXX.m3u
Inside the file like this :
