Hi,

Is the DNS server still running? I can ping it but it doesn't resolve even the addresses that are necessary for downgrading.

Did you try the installation of SamyGo via USB Stick?

I've tried to download from these DNS and I've got error 800.

My TV is UE37ES5500.

Thanks.

Hello everyone. This will be my first post here.

Basically I downloaded firmware version 1036 from Sammy's website a day or two ago for the PS51E6500 (UK) and I'm looking to revert back to version 1034. I'm just wondering if the info in the OP would work on my TV and if it's as straight forward as it is explained here. Messing around in the service menu is not really something that I want to do if I'm honest, but I am willing to give it a go.

I'm really not impressed with this new 1036 and I want it gone.

Thank you.

The Firmware upgrade is (mostly) an one-way game!

You cannot go back to previous FW releases. Especially if you have quite new FW on your TV.

hello to all,
sorry for this message but I try for a few days to read up on the problem but I'm not understanding anything :(

I have a samsung ue32es6200 tv with firmware t-mst10pdeuc 1036 and i wanted to install samygo on it because I have problems with the "AllShare" with file .mkw. I tried the downgrade procedure by changing the dns but gives me "error 800" and I do not download anything also does not give me the option to install the samygo all extension pack because I haven't the function "content library" :'(

Please i don't know what i must do, can anybody help me?

Thanks.

Hi roma77roma
Did you try this way of install?

Maybe it will also work with your firm, but I don't know...
When it's working or even not working, please give feedback in this thread
