46'' UEES6800SXXC 3D issue!

Hello, I have this TV (46'' ES6800) and when I play a 3D movie image is not properly defined and from the 3d menu options does not solve the problem.

Some time ago I went into the service menu but I have not modified any parameter sure if anyone could send the default options or some pictures?

PD: In other Tv samsung 40'' display correctly the 3D movie
