UE55ES6540S - no internet access

Hello,
few weeks ago I lost internet connection on my device.
This happened once earlier and I have solved problem with google DNS.
This time, any free DNS, automatic setting, firmware update, multiple reset, router replacement...... cannot solve this issue.
TV is connected to my local network, I"m streaming media from my server, streaming content via wireless from all share, but no internet access.

Any solution for this issue?
