Smart tv ue40es6100 wifi module issue

Exactly one year ago I replaced wifi module by my self.
Now it just started to fail once again!
It won't detect any wireless network, while any other device will (as another samsung Smart tv placed in another room do).
I uselessly tried to reset my tv to factory setting entering service menu and tried to unplug power supply for several hours as well but no way, wifi still fails.
Tried connecting with ethernet cable and it works with no problem so It's confirmed it has to be wifi module issue.
Twice in just one year? Possible?
Exact module model is bn59-1148b, bn59-1148a and bn59-1148c would be compatible too?
Firmware is samsung last official one, 2007.0, I guess issue was related to some smarthub update since it started with last automatic smarthub update...
Is there anything else I could try before giving up and replace wifi module?
Maybe remove it, start tv without it and then try reinstalling it again?
I even tried but uselessly to change wifi region from e to a in service menu and perform svc reset...

Meanwhile I bought an used internal wifi module on ebay and replacedcmy damaged one.
Worked perfectly fir a couple of hours and now it's not working anymore...
Any idea of what's happening?

Can you check in the service menu the Wifi Region option, is it set to E? If it is, try setting it on Wifi Region A. I had the same issue and when I set it to A the wifi module worked again.

Already done...
Anyway, sort of magically...sent replacement module back as not working, put back my module on and, you won't believe it, it worked like a charm!

sounds like wifi conector problems (contacts oxidated or so...).

Once in a while it stops working.
Then in service menu I just need to switch to ext-wifi using an external usb adapter and then switch back to int-wifi and it magically starts working again...
Is there anybody who can help me understand what it's happening?
