UE40eh5300 can't switch source

Hi guys

i have an UE40eh5300 smart tv.
I have a problem: i can't switch source!! I can enter in smart hub and see tv channel but when i press source on the remote the tv does nothing for a while and then reboot! It doesn't show the external source list, it happen even if i try to enter source from smart hub.

I tried a service menu full reset but it didn't help!!
Another strange thing is that i can switch only to hdmi source int his way: turn on hdmi (xbox 360), press hdmi on the remote i go to HDMI 1 and see my xbox. If i press source the tv do the same turn off and turn on!
