Hello guys,

Im in a prisson with a samsung tv HG22EA470UWXXC

They disabled the usb port so we can nog watch movies first we could enter menu and reset everything by simply pressing the mute 119 enter or mute 182 enter combination but they took our tv away for 2 hours and it came back now we can not enter menu with any of these combinations? I just want to activate the usb port. What can i do guys. Help us please there are 500 other inmates we just want to watch some movies

Well, we don't know much about "hospitality" models lock states... You still can try to press EXIT for >10 seconds, could possibly factory reset.

I know any method how SELECTIVELY block service menu access. Either to disconnect IR receiver on tv side and block IR remote control to work at all - no remote channel changes, nor volume, nothing (it is enough to apply some tape straight on IR LED or TV frame from inside), or de-solder IR LED at all. No other ways. I think. But who knows, might hotel TV`s have some customized key codes to restrict service menu access. Good luck, i guess you have enough time for research...
