Hello, I have 8GT usb stick and the TV sees it all.

For formatting it properly, if you don't have Linux, try GParted Live CD for instance.

You needed to recompile a kernel for your TV that has EFI GUID Partition support (EFI_PARTITION) inside.
This TV's naturally doesn't have those functions and cannot recognize your GPT table.

Actualy we do not know your TV model and firmware. If it`s C model, you cant change custom kernel=brick of TV. The same is with B series CI+ devices. Start from better knowing your own TV...

If your firmware is T-CHU7DEUC - your TV is CI
If firmware name is T-CHUCIPDEUC - TV is CI+
