There is a SMART TV Samsung ue22f5400ak (2013 model). To him, through jack 3.5 jack connected portable speakers Philips SPA20
In this case, the menu of the TV deactivates the equalizer menu and other sound functions (well, almost all).
Has anyone solved this problem? So that when connected to 3.5 jack IN THE MENU OF THE TV, ALL AUDIO SETTINGS WERE ACTIVE ??????

Nothing to "solve" there, it's absolutely normal behavior of TV. Speaker settings are for... speakers!
