UE55F8090 Smart TV loses setting for speaker source

Hello Forum!

My Samsung TV loses the setting for the speaker when switching off.

Since I have connected to the Smart TV my AV Reciver (Pioneer) via HDMI it must be selected as output for the sound signal "receiver".

When I start the TV, the AV Reciver starts by the ARC. So far so good, however, the TV select for the sound the "TV Speaker" Option again.

I must then manually change to "receiver" in the settings, so the sound from the AV Reciver is reproduced.

After each restart the "TV Speakers" is selected.

Can I adjust the fixed somehow?
Maybe on Factory menu or SamyGo?
