Humm ...
1st Time : TV freezes .. no reaction on remote control or button on back .. only unplugging the power cord unfreezes the TV
2nd Time : A .ts File with 300KB was created ...
3rd Time : this error appears:

Recording is DRM protected
Uploading decoder library to TV
Removing any old work log
Starting the decoding process on TV
Waiting for TV to produce feedback ... 00:00:04 seconds (max. 5 sec.)
UnDRM.log never seemed to appear in /dtv .. 5 second timeout expired. Cannot continue.

UnDRM isn't available for NON-MST H-TVs

unDRM should be available for your TV. Maybe you mix up unDRM with noDRM, which is not available for non-MST TVs.

Actually, I think NoDRM.so is used for decoding-on-the-fly, leaving a recording
unencrypted on the recording device during said recording.

UnDRM.so is a plugin sectroyer made specifically for the DRMDecoder, I believe.

It is ment to decode entire recordings made at a previous time, and has no real usage
after the time you choose to install NoDRM.so onto the TV.

Installing NoDRM.so onto the TV should thus eliminate the need for the PCRDecoder, and the UnDRM.so plugin entirely.

Humm No.02

New Day , new try ...
now used my Laptop .. connecting dekoding .. works fine but only 1 sec. of 10 sec. recording was decoded, TV is freezing.
Forgotten to set the sets ...

force serializing H-mode decoder: checked
DRM decode buffer set to 703

Everything works fine now. Connecting , decoding, retrieving and playback on Laptop. TV don't freezing anymore. :P

Back to PC, let's give them a try now ... Connecting, decoding, retrieving and playback also fine. TV still response...

Thanks for your patience ...

It is EXPECTED that with "some" DRM decoder buffer values TV will do "ANYTHING" which includes: freezing, rebooting, hanging, stoping working or even launching nuclear warheads :)

I would love to use noDRM, if it was available for my TV. Right now, PVRDecoder is my only option.

@aIRwORX,

Once you enable serializing the buffer-count dosent really matter anymore.
In this mode the decoder will finish the decoding entirely before the download is started.
And the number of buffers "only" help speed up the process of decoding ..

But .. you should really do a few more experiments WITHOUT serializing.
Other users have had success with buffersize 200 and 700 .. my own H6600 decodes just fine with a buffersize of 100.

You just have to hit your TV?s "golden" number :-)
