This works only on old NON-MST fw

Hi there!
I installed SamyGO on my F6640 with MST method. However, would like to completely remove it.
What I did was to remove SamyGO widget from Smart Hub, factory reset TV and reset Smart Hub. Unfortunately, it looks like exploit isn't removed completely - virtual storage appears under source button. Moreover, without flashdrive with SamyGO files, Smart Hub doesn't contain any apps and "more apps" takes about 30 seconds to open.
What should I do to fully clean TV from custom firmware?

Can someone tell me what is the latest FW tested with this widget ?
I am right now with FW 2009.2 (latest working with original rooting widget) but several app are not working: amazonvideo, netflix,chili...
I know that with the latest FW these apps a r working ... I don't know why...

I guess stupid widgets are working only on latest fw because they expect drm/certificate/whatever to be up-to-date...
