NoDRM serves for removing/disabling TV-owned encryption (and it still does that perfectly well), not for media DRM, so the answer to your question is probably "no".
But I don't use that kind of input streams, so I can't be absolutely sure. Why not quickly try yourself for your desired media, and report the results here?
