The Screen Mirroring is app and is not a source :D

Well I don't see 107 in sources list, so it can't be screen mirroring anyway, even if LIST reported it as such...

Possible it's amongst these 3 ones, if ever it's disable-able at all:

Code: Select all

[HideSource] Shown source: 229 Unknown
[HideSource] Shown source: 219 Unknown
[HideSource] Shown source: 225 Unknown
Since they're "unknown" you have to try, given the fact that log lists sources in order they're displayed on TV.
Otherwise no idea about browser exit or not, but I doubt it's related to lib :)

You're right. This file browsing exits are related to ChannelInfo lib ;P

Hi
I'm a little bit confused.
At the beginning I started with libHideSource and everything was great.Ofcourse until TV reset.
Therefore later I instaled 99_93_HideSource.zip and here is small zonk :).
All sources which i made pernament grey are again avaible. Moreover I cannot "hide" them again with
samyGOso -d -A -B -r -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libHideSource.so GREYED PERMANENT:219

Could you tell me how to use autostart option?

OPTIONS="GREYED PERMANENT:71,97" ???
How shoul it be?
99_93_HideSource.init -d -A -B -r -l /mnt/etc/init.d/99_93_HideSource.init GREYED PERMANENT:219???????????

What does say log? (/dtv/HideSource.log)

If no log, what does say manual start of script?

Code: Select all

/mnt/etc/init.d/99_93_HideSource.init start

No need to invent such fancy syntax, only thing you have to do is to follow 1st post and edit startup script :)

work perfect..sorry for my silly questions, but I'm very far away from linux :)

Somebody already asked but still no idea (no report and no screen mirroring here, so couldn't try myself). Is it appearing in source list written to HideSource.log once you pressed source button?

Dear Zoelechat
It is possible to switch off screen mirroring.
I don't know why but at the beginning when I was testing libHideSource without 99_93_HideSource in the log file there was a souce described as screen minnoring. It was impossible to switch off it with this code.
But with 99_93_HideSource I made a new log and there wasn't screen minnoring. Instead of it there was Unknown souce . I just put number to the script as you told me to do.

Thanks a lot for help.

Then I assume it's not possible with that lib... In service menu maybe?

I was able to use this nice lib on my F-Series. THX for that @zoelechat!

Perhaps I am wrong but I thought there was a lib to rename the sources to a user-defined word?
Try to find this lib but did not find it.

My final todo with the sources is to rename for example HDMI2 -> Nintendo.
