Hi guys,
Since lately I didn't know about this community and about the fact that samsung updates are not always good. A few months ago after an update, my 40F6400 not show anymore subtitles at the movies played from my NAS server. I start searching some solution to my problem and I find you guys. I read aboute rooting, firmware and other things and I want to ask there is a chance to put an old firmware to my tv to get back original settings without damage? At this time my tv has 2116 firmware.
Downgrade firmware 40F6400
Re: Downgrade firmware 40F6400
You can use App LibFWdowngrade. But first you need root your TV. Or find 0000.0 firmware for your TV
UE48H6640 T-MST14DEUC 2781.0 root latestH --> 2130.0 skypeRoot-->0000-->2115.3 "Skype refueled" Root

The methods are alternative? if you have the 0000 firmware No need of app LibFWdowngrade and root?
Re: Downgrade firmware 40F6400
So with 000 firmware just use the procedure with usb pen as if you did an upgrade?
Re: Downgrade firmware 40F6400
HI, how do I know which is the right firmware on mega.nz for my 46F6400?
Re: Downgrade firmware 40F6400
Right so I managed to find the right file, downloaded, updated via usb on the tv, all succesfull however, this turned my screen in to a mono color and it was all red, worked fine but red texts on black background. Anyone experienced this? Now its back to the latest update and the colours are fine but I hate the new smart hub and I want the old one back.
