Hey there,

my Samy always shows an alert that says „New device conected“.

When I press -return- the alert comes back after a few minutes.

Did I do something wrong?

Possible some short circuit? Is here any USB plugged in? ANy cables (e.g. hdmi/usb etc)? Try factory reset.
