I can not upgrade by USB

I have a f6450 TV in Iran (equal to f6400 in US). This TV has many bugs and I want to upgrade it to a new firmware, however, there is not any update through network in my country, so, I downloaded a firmware from US website and I want to use that but since this TV doesn't support upgrade by USB I can not update it.
Please help me to upgrade it through USB or through US website (I live in Iran).
