UE40F6500ss problem after update

Post by eckosan »

Hello,

I have samsung UE40F6500ss i was update it by usb ( it isn't the first time ) the update finished with success
But after restart the tv doesn't turn on, just the red led blinking 3 or 5 times and it restarting again and the screen stays black.

I was contact samsung, they told me i have problem in " FlashMemory" and they don't have the possibility to repair it, i need a new mainboard but the model is european they don't have it.

So i need a solution plzzzzzzzzzz

Samsung don't lie. Typical brick. Sorry.
You have to find same mainboard (eg. ebay) and replace it by yourself.

Another proof if it was needed: never upgrade :)

If any "hard reset" exists in such state, it's unknown to us...
About resellers, no idea, search Google your mainboard reference is probably the best option. :)
