UPD: Oops. Main board not similar, as i can see. But, i think in your TV tuner soldered to main board too.

how many TVs will require an external decoder?
I mean:
I'd rather go for the internal tuner upgrade:
how many customers would do the same?
Is it just me seeing an "green business" opportunity here?

In addition to the tuner, another codec needs HEVC
