Increasing occupation of /mtd_rwarea

Hello,
I put the "Skype Replacement" root 3 weeks ago. It?s the first time I rooted my F7000.
Then I installed oscam and everything is Ok.
I am concerned about not overfilling any partition, and I see that /mdt_rwarea is increasing day by day.
I started with 45% used and now It is 54% used.

I have seen that a file in that folder "history_ch_thumbnail.dat" has been increasing, Now 54Mb. And I think it is the responsible of increasing ocupation. What does this file do?
(I have 50 channels on DVB-T, 200 on DVB-C, and 1200 on DVB-S)
I have done the History channel Delete from menu, but file remains the same.
My firmware T-FXPDEUC 1115.0

Can someone check the size of this file?

45 percent for mtd_rwarea is enough. Do not delete files from there, you can brick your TV
