I've just pasted the log file of sam.log in my previous post just edited.
There are some segmentation faults that I don't like...

Well you should try to restore ext4.img to default (not backup) and/or use another root USB drive.

Nothing to do,
I've restored a new usb drive with a new ext4.img, did factory reset, but still the TV reboots even doing a new root procedure

Now everything looks alright (no more segfaults), disable watchdog into service menu, and disable 99_99 scripts (one is known to crash, don't remember which one...)

Fixed!
Finally, I had to disable the watchdog. Disabling only 99_99 scripts didn't fix the issue :(
