I try to mod my hosts file under etc directory.
When i try to replace "hosts" file i get transfer error in filezilla or when try to replace via tellnet i get Read-only file system error.
Is any way to mod the hosts file to block ads in smart tv browser ?

correct. You can not modify your rootfs partition, which is read only. We use mount --bind etc to overcome, but i suggest you to use this:
