Need Panel and Tuner Type for UE55F7000STXXH

first off: thank you for this amazing site.
I moved from cable to satellite and was only able to find 4 channels. I figured it has to do with the region/country settings. So I changed the region with the Android service remote and I am able to select my country in the channel menu now.
Well, before I found the wiki guide I played around with some service menu settings and pretty sure messed up the panel and/or tuner settings, because I can't find a single channel now.
Can someone please provide me the correct default settings for panel and tuner? It currently looks like this
