I have a problem with my F6400 and Netflix. There are sound dropouts when using 5.1 sound. I took the soundbar to a friend that has a MU6500 and it worked fine. Did some extensive troubleshooting as well (factory reset, multiple settings...).
I suspect the Netflix app version is the culprit as mine is way older (from 2016) than my friends and cannot update to a higher version as it seems my for my TV that is the latest.
Is there a way to get from somewhere the latest Netflix app version and force its installation on the TV? It might not work at all but I least I wanted to try that.
