Could someone please mail me the F-series .ko modules for cifs and nfs? They seem to be missing from my HT-F9750w combined bluray-surround-system.

Putting /mtd_rwarea/smb_userinfo creates the appropriate subdirectory structure in the virtual usb drive but no files can be accessed.

Mounting cifs / nfs / smbfs from the command line also does not work since the corresponding modules are not listed from lsmod command, and they are not availiable in /lib/modules either. And of course there is no smbclient on the box.

You can retrieve them inside samyext4.img, but they surely won't work on F bluray anyway. No specific modules had been compiled for Bluray players, no need to look for them :)

Well the device I have is not a pure bluray player so it might work

EDIT: no it didn't

So how would I go about obtaining a working non-DLNA access to my NAS? It supports samba/cifs, nfs and apple filesharing protocol (afp)

cat /proc/cpuinfo (for my player)
