That's my TV.

The Model is: UN55HU6830
The Firmware Version is: T-NT14UAKUC-1300.2

I know I can "upgrade" to the 0000 firmaware, once downgraded, then I can really upgrade to a firmware that is less than 1050.

My questions are: is UAKUC important? Or if ANY file I find on this site is at LEAST T-NT14XXXXX then it will be compatible?

That'll be all I need for rooting, for now lol

But, what is causing my TV to show 0 free space? Is my internal flash damaged? Do I need a special cable to diagnose the boot up process and uncover any errors during that process so I can diagnose it better?

What can I buy on Amazon that is all the converters I need, like UART / Ex-link to serial to usb or whatever?

UAKUC ia important. You can not mix firmwares as they are Region dependent. Ending of firmware indicates region this firmware is aimed to. TV either does not accept firmware at all or bricks.
